Bruschetta

 What you will need:

4 large tomatoes
2 TBL minced garlic
2 TBL olive oil
1 tsp vinegar (optional)
2 TBL Italian seasoning
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

1 loaf of French bread (you can either make this or buy this)
1/4 cup olive oil

Parmesan cheese to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Begin by cutting up the tomatoes into small pieces.
Then add 2 TBL of garlic to the tomatoes,
2 TBL of Italian seasoning,
and 2 TBL of olive oil.

Add 1 tsp of vinegar along with salt and pepper to taste.
Then stir in 1/4 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese.

Mix everything together!

Next, cut the bread into slices.

Spray the cooking sheet slightly with a little cooking spray.
Place the slices individually onto a cookie sheet.

Then brush the 1/4 cup of olive oil to cover each slice of bread.

Spoon the tomato mixture on to the tops of each slice of bread.

Place in oven and bake for 12 minutes.
The bread should be a little crunchy.

Take out of oven and top with more Parmesan cheese.
(This is optional, but we like cheese in this house!)
You can either use just regular Parmesan cheese or you can use the fresh again.
Bruschetta goes great with any Italian recipe!
