Fabulous Bread Sticks

What you will need
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 package dry yeast
2 TBL sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1/2 cup butter (olive oil works too)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
garlic seasoning
Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Add yeast and warm water. Stir. Add sugar. Stir. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Then add in salt.
Add in one cup of white flour. Stir for 30 seconds.
Then add one cup of wheat flour. Stir for 30 seconds.
Continue with remaining 2 cups.
If it still seems too wet you can add up to 1/2 cup more of flour.

Once everything is mixed together, set the mixer to high and let is mix for 5 minutes.

After the dough has mixed for 5 minutes, then let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

While the dough is resting you can melt 1/4 cup of butter or put the olive oil in a bowl.

Pour the butter or olive oil onto a cookie sheet.

Make sure that the butter/ olive oil is covering the whole baking sheet.

Pour the dough onto the cookie sheet and let rest for 5 minutes.

At this point the dough is super soft.
Press the dough all the way to the edges of the cookie sheet and try to make as even as possible.

Once the dough is covering the whole cookie sheet,
use the rest of the butter or olive oil to coat the top of the dough.
Lightly sprinkle with garlic seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Cut into thin strips with a pizza cutter.
Place the bread sticks into the oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.
(This will help the bread sticks to rise just a little bit more.)

Then turn the heat up to 350 degrees and bake for 14 minutes.

Remove the bread sticks from the oven and use the pizza cutter to cut the strips again.

These stay super moist for up to 4 days!
